Hi, I'm Jodi. After years of co-mingling a busy life with some health issues, I was introduced to some new options that changed my life. The more I learned and felt improvements in my health, the more excited and hopeful I became. Before I knew what was happening...

Some Key Factors Causing Health Issues
When it comes to our health and wellness, there are multiple factors that contribute to illness and overall disease. Many wellness professionals agree the following items are important to focus on to achieve both physical and emotional well-being. By focusing on these factors you can begin to live happier and healthier.

  • Nutrition & Eating Habits – What we eat has a huge impact on our overall health & well-being. A few key items include massively depleted soil means even if we eat whole foods, often we do not get the nutrients needed. Processed foods are so prevalent that it’s easy to turn to those out of convenience. These foods are considered dead foods and are of no value to our body.  Also, many foods trigger an inflammatory response in our bodies, triggering a variety of issues. These items and more have major impacts on how our body and mind functions. 
  • Toxin Overload – Toxic chemicals in our food, air, water supply, and many of the personal care and household products we have in our homes all contribute to how we feel. Chemical overload puts stress on our bodies, and research is showing that it is responsible for many health problems.
  • Stress – Emotional and mental stress can really impact how we function, and can even manifest itself into physical pain. Stress is associated with so many health problems.
